Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left our warehouse. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
How long until tracking updates?
Carriers usually scan within 24 hours of pickup. International shipments may take 2–3 days before the first update appears.
Why does it say 'no updates yet'?
The label has been created but the carrier hasn't scanned the package yet. This is normal for the first day after dispatch.
